Business Analyst Intern About MatchBest Group MatchBest Group is a technology and business solutions company delivering software, AI, SaaS, staffing, and digital transformation solutions to businesses across global markets. We are looking for a motivated and analytical Business Analyst Intern who will work closely with business, technology, and project teams to understand requirements, analyze business processes, and support the successful delivery of technology solutions. Key Responsibilities * Gather and understand business and client requirements. * Communicate with clients and internal teams to understand business needs and objectives. * Conduct requirement gathering sessions and document business requirements. * Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and other project documentation. * Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement. * Convert business requirements into clear and structured functional requirements. * Create user stories, use cases, process flows, and requirement specifications. * Prepare basic flowcharts, wireframes, and process diagrams when required. * Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, project managers, and other stakeholders. * Participate in project meetings and maintain proper meeting notes and action items. * Assist in preparing project proposals, presentations, and requirement documents. * Perform market and competitor research when required. * Support testing and validation of developed features against business requirements. * Identify gaps, issues, and inconsistencies in requirements and communicate them to the relevant teams. * Track requirements and ensure proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle. * Assist senior Business Analysts and Project Managers in day-to-day project activities. Required Skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Good verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to understand and document business requirements. * Good logical and structured thinking. * Strong attention to detail. * Basic understanding of software development processes. * Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Good documentation and presentation skills. * Willingness to learn business analysis methodologies and tools. * Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Preferred Knowledge * SDLC and Agile methodology * Requirement gathering and analysis * BRD and FRD documentation * User stories and acceptance criteria * Use cases and process flows * Basic SQL knowledge * Basic understanding of APIs and databases * Jira / Trello / ClickUp * Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets * Microsoft PowerPoint * Figma or similar wireframing tools Who Can Apply * Students or recent graduates interested in Business Analysis, Product Management, IT Consulting, or Technology. * Candidates pursuing or having completed a degree in B.Tech, BCA, MCA, MBA, BBA, or a related field. * Candidates with strong analytical and communication skills. * Freshers are welcome to apply.
